My prevailing perspective is one that sees a modern world that persecutes and prosecutes have nots for living by any means necessary. A world that sets hard-and-fast rules and laws that are meant to govern and control individuals – but which, in reality, pushes people to act beyond the boundaries of legality and mainstream social acceptability.

It’s these shades of grey – born out of people’s will to survive – that interest me most.

Unseen people, unheard voices and unreported communities deserve to have authentic, unbiased  portrayals.
